An AI mayor runs this city around the clock. The only way to touch it is to send coins.
You send coins from your wallet's plain send button to a public address. A building goes up, a fire starts, or a monster walks in. Every sent coin is burned and becomes the city's budget: $1 burned is 100 in city funds.
The destroyer pays for the repairs. Coins sent to destroy become budget too, and a rich town buys its own fire station with the money destroyers paid. If nobody sends, the money runs out, the mayor raises taxes, and people leave. Coins are this city's fuel.
The site is read-only and has no wallet connect at all, on purpose. A recent exchange hack and a DNS hijack made people wary of connecting wallets on websites, and nothing here ever asks you to.
The mayor's city running is rule based, and anyone can replay it from a public seed and input log. The AI only writes speeches and news, and no outside text ever reaches it.

Small sends count. Each action has a gauge that fills, and leftovers roll into the next one. Disasters over the cap wait in the gauge.
Seven days, then a new seed
A season runs seven days. It ends sooner if the population stays at zero for three game years, or after 24 game years of bankruptcy, which is about one real day. Then comes a season card and a new seed. The addresses stay the same, and half-filled gauges carry over.

Where a 2.5% fee goes
The fee is 2.5% flat, after a 60-second anti-sniper decay.
Team and operations about 2.0%
It lands in one public team wallet, the one that launched the coin. That wallet is a single key, not a multisig. What was spent last week is printed in the city's Books window.
Meteora about 0.5%
The pool takes about 0.5% of volume. At graduation it also takes 0.17 SOL plus 400,000 coins, which is 0.2% of liquidity. We measured this.
Buyback from the tax none
There is no buyback from the tax. What ties revenue to the coin is thin, and the Thin section says how thin.

What the chain does not enforce
- Nine utilities open exactly 3 hours apart on launch day, and the next one is teased when the last one opens. The schedule is hashed on-chain by memo at T+0. It is not enforced on-chain.
- The city runs off chain. You check it by replaying the public seed and input log and comparing the hash the site publishes.
- Speeches and news come from a model. They change nothing in the city, and no outside text ever reaches it.
- Ranks and titles are read from chain records. No connecting, and no rewards.
- Every season's record is published at
/data/seasons/<id>.json. Save it as a file and runnode engine/replay.ts season.jsonfrom the engine source to rebuild the city and compare the hashes.
What is thin about the token
What ties revenue to the coin?
Burns from use, and 30% of sponsor income, which buys the coin and burns it. We would rather you knew that is all of it.
Does burning push the price up?
Burning only matters if new buyers show up. This format is unproven.
Do I get anything back?
Sent coins never come back. No prizes, no dividends, and no profit promises of any kind. You get a rank and a title.
What keeps it running?
Sends. If they stop, the budget drains, tax climbs, people leave, and the season ends early. The new seed keeps the same addresses.
Address poisoning puts a look-alike in your history. Sending the wrong token loses it, and there are no refunds. No page of Burvik will ask you to connect a wallet, so anything that does is not us.
